【回复】at first people will notice “you cant” and immediately think “on no this is negative” and “how the heck will this equal sub results it goes against all other affirmations in other subs it doesn’t make sense” if you know a little about psychology you will know that this was added there because of past programming, for generations humans have been telling eachother “you cant change your bla bla bla it’s impossible” and this affirmation is deeply programmed in you even if you believe in subs wholeheartedly it probably still exists in there. let me show you what I mean person 1. dude my hips are so small person 2. yeah too bad you cant magically change them and mold them into what you want... person 1: mhm you’re right. it looks like I am stuck my hips will be this way forever
【回复】so what you just read was a hypothetical conversation between two people, this type of conversation happens a lot and it has probably happened to you maybe it wasn’t about hips but you get the core idea and these thoughts have been deeply embedded in your subconscious that I personally think they work as triggers think about it, generations of programming and the trigger for it is the words “cant” and other “negative” words conclusion 🤍 this formula is just a method of “acting as if” but it has psychological triggers in the affirmations because people will associate “it’s impossible to change bone structure” with facts and science so your subconscious 100% believes that because once again there is an association made and because you have been programmed so much I think this formula will bring results easier because of those sentences, because we have it in us hardwired to think not being able to change certain things is facts am I making sense now, or is it still confusing
